---MEDIA ADVISORY---

(MIAMI, FL, 9/18/2002) The March For Justice, a Miami based human rights organization, is demanding law enforcement and government agencies to immediately respond to repeated waves of cyber terrorism by pro-Israeli hackers. In response to a recent wave of cyber terrorism, The march For Justice released the following statement:

"For the second time in less than a month, pro-Israeli hackers attacked web sites and mailing lists of a number of national organizations, news groups, and activists. The hackers, who have been traced, have used names of organizations and activist to send messages with "incriminating" material, and flooded e-mail accounts by sending thousands of messages on daily basis.

The March For Justice, one of the organizations affected, traced the sources of the various messages, informed federal authorities and demanded enforcement of the law to the fullest in prosecuting the apparent national network of Pro-Israeli operatives. In spite of the "dangerous" content of the messages, which apparently aims at framing individuals and organizations who advocate justice in Palestine, federal authorities have so far failed to pursue the pro-Israeli criminals.

In a recent conversation with a key investigating agency, FBI, Nidal Sakr of the March have accused the federal government of pursuing a selective application of the law in failing to prosecute repeated waves of cyber terrorism that are blamed on pro-Israeli terrorist networks.

A recent wave of cyber crimes by pro-Israelis started immediately after the March Press Release of August 23, 2002, titled "Not Another Goldstein". The first wave lasted for about a week before the sending servers were shut down by their ISP's. Failure of federal authorities to prosecute the pro-Israeli hackers, apparently encouraged another wave of cyber crimes that has been ongoing for two days so far. The latest wave started immediately after the recent media announcement "Florida Terror & Racial Profiling".

Some of the affected organizations include Palestinian Justice, The March For Justice, The American League For Justice and Peace, while the list of affected activists included Attorney Stanley Cohen, Attorney Betty Molchany, and Nidal Sakr.

In a statement by The March For Justice, Nidal Sakr, stated: "Cyber terrorism is just like any other kind of terrorism and it is both criminal and punishable by law. In the newly emerging America it is becoming increasingly evident that terrorism is not punishable unless the alleged terrorist is a Muslim or of Arab descent."

Mr. Sakr pointed out that the obvious selective application of the law in the government's cover up of the Goldstein's terrorist plot in contrast to the recent joint media-government circus on Alligator Ally only raise alarming concerns about both integrity and credibility of government and law enforcement agencies."
