AL-Dameer Association for Human Rights condemns the assassination of five civilians due to the Israeli bombings yesterday Friday 05/05/2006 to an agricultural land in AL Sabra neighborhood West of Gaza City. The bombings caused the death of five civilians and the injury of four others.

AL-Dameer Association assures that this assault is considered a war crime and comes in a series of precautions taken by the Israeli Government to make the largest damage to the Palestinian people.

AL-Dameer Association for Human Rights demands the Israeli Government to stop using the excessive force and return back to the International Laws and especially the Fourth Geneva Convention.

It also demands all the parties signed on the Convention to make pressure upon the Israeli Government to make it respect the Convention in its relation with the Palestinian civilians and it also demands the International Law Organizations to condemn these assaults and reveal them to the world.
